By submitting my story, information, and image files I am authorizing the Halifax 2011 Canada Games Host Society to use them for the purposes of the 2011 Games and its related activities.*
My use of the Games' website signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to the Privacy Code of the Halifax 2011 Canada Games Website. I further acknowledge and agree that the Halifax 2011 Canada Games Host Society may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose or remove or delete your Tell Us Your Games Story submission and related information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process; or to satisfy the goals and purposes of the Halifax 2011 Canada Games Host Society.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Halifax 2011 Canada Games Society, its officers, directors, successors, agents, assigns, suppliers, employees and volunteers from any claim or demand arising out of the information and content I submit in my Tell Us Your Games Story submission.
*The 2011 Canada Games Host Society will not sell, trade, lend or otherwise voluntarily disclose to any third parties any personal information that has been provided for any purpose not identified under our Privacy Code.
